SP-700 or modular APP-600 dust collectors
The SP-700 or APP-600 dust collectors are designed to operate under negative or positive pressure. Dusty and particulate-laden air enters the dust collector directly into the hopper or on a vertical wall equipped with an impact baffle plate. The heavy particulates are gravity-fed into the lower hopper and recovered by a pneumatic or mechanical recovery system. The finest dust is collected through filter elements. The clean air is then returned to the facility or directly outdoors.
A pre-programmed, pulsed air cleaning system continuously cleans the filter elements.
The SP-700 or APP-600 dust collectors rely on the speed at which the treated particulates travel upwards in order to minimize the dust loading rate on the filter elements as much as possible during operation.
Our dust collectors are particularly effective for abrasive particulates and dust.
Application
Filtration of all types of particulates, both wet and dry, in low or high concentrations, and abrasive dusts.
Advantages
- Air recirculation
- Energy conservation, heat recovery and air conditioning
- Continuous automatic cleaning by compressed air of the filter bags
- Effective for negative or positive pressure
- Maintenance of the cleaning system and filter bags is performed from the upper section, on the clean air side, in order to reduce maintenance costs and ensure the safety of maintenance personnel.
Construction
The SP-700 and APP-600 standard dust collectors are made from 11 gauge mild steel. Structural bracing provides the necessary support for the pressure or vacuum required by a wide range of fans. For pressures or vacuums of 500 mm water, a 3/16 inch thick steel structure is available.
The dust collector is delivered to your facility in sections and assembled on site with nuts, bolts and caulking.

ACP-800 cartridge dust collector
Self-cleaning filter cartridge dust collector
The ACP-800 can operate under negative or positive pressure. Dusty and particulate laden air enters the dust collector hopper through one or more air inlets. Gravity projects the heavier particulates into the lower part of the hopper where they are continuously collected by a pneumatic, mechanical or storage system. The finer dust is captured upward in the filtering section with vertically installed filter cartridges. The clean air is returned to the facility or to the atmosphere.
A pre-programmed, pulsed air cleaning system continuously cleans the filter elements
The ACP-800's cartridge upkeep ensures a perfect seal and simple and efficient maintenance.
The design of the ACP-800 is based on the speed at which the treated particulates rise in order to reduce to a minimum the dust load rate on the cartridges during their operation.
Application
Filtration of all types of dry particulates at low concentrations or for welding smoke extraction.
Advantages
- Air recirculation
- Energy conservation, heat recovery and air conditioning
- Minimal space requirement
- Automatic cleaning of filter cartridges by continuous compressed air
- Minimum maintenance cost
- Easy and quick replacement of filter cartridges
- Operating capability under negative or positive pressure
